About Me

Hello, I’m Caitlin Sosa, a seasoned Movement Specialist with over 5 years of expertise handling diverse injuries. I’ve addressed everything from acute discomfort to severe strains, sprains, and pre/post-surgical interventions. My experience spans a wide spectrum of conditions, allowing me to tailor precise solutions for each unique situation.

Outside of my professional role, I thrive as an internationally ranked powerlifter. I’m also happily married, celebrating two wonderful years with my supportive husband, and we share our lives with two beloved dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, however, we can always adjust pressure to your pain tolerance. Excessive pressure is not always needed to get the desired result.

The type of injury or dysfunction you have will determine what is needed. You do not have to do both, but it is recommended in most cases to do both.

Caitlin Sosa is not a PT. With that, we cannot take insurance or do post operative care. We work with injuries of all kind and specialize in post – PT return to sport rehabilitation. When Physical therapy has gotten you moving to a certain degree, we help take you that one step further.

No! We deal with clients of all walks of life. Whether you are a seasoned athlete, have been going to the gym for any amount of time, or have never stepped foot in a gym at all, we can help with your pain.
